Mike Mountz, owner of Cloister Car Wash & Lube has been investing in Clean Burn Used-Oil Tube Boilers for the past 11 years, recycling 40,000 gallons of used motor oil creating hot water for car washes and floor heating along with hot air that heats the company’s lube operations.

The recycling of oil within the same facility has proven to eliminate liabilities from the transportation and disposal associated with used motor oil. Mountz adds, “Clean Burn products help our company play a responsible environmental stewardship role in the communities where we operate.”

Clostier themselves have found the energy from Clean Burn useful in creating cheap hot water to be used in melting snow and car washes. “As we’ve disposed of our used motor oils, transmission fluid and other fluids while gaining back on-site energy recovery. This makes a great deal of economic environmental sense. I believe the return-on-investment is strong for any facility with oil change operations,” said Mountz.

Clean Burn continues to expand their products to the truck fleet industry through fast lube centers, in heavy construction industry. Clean Burn is growing into the RV and home construction industry to cancel the cost of energy.
