  2. .Our next letter comes from Toni Tyson of Wilmington. Toni asks "I live in the City. What can I do to reduce my electric bill? Can I put up Solar panels, even if my house doesn't face south?
  3. Our third letter comes from Ida Kilder of Newark. Ida wants to know "I just watched a show that says if we had Europe's current mileage standards for our cars, we wouldn't need any mid-east oil. Is this true, and if so why aren't we working harder to get there?
  4. Our last letter comes from Ivana Crahkya from Painters Crossing. Hey, we have our first out-of-state fake letter! Milestone!!! Anyway, Ivana writes "I want a hybrid car, but can't get one right away. What can I do with my existing car to improve it's mileage and reduce my carbon footprint?
    1. tires
    2. tune-up
    3. fluids
    4. roll up your windows
    5. shut off if idle (30 sec)
    6. drive 55-60 mph
    7. don't stomp on either the gas or the brakes
    8. coast whenever possible
