The DLC Listed U.S. Made LED Parking Garage Fixture includes 10 Year Warranty and earns top Rebates to help Save Money and the Planet
Independence LED Lighting, the award-winning U.S. manufacturer of LED products, announced today that the DesignLights Consortium® (DLC) approved its high-efficiency LED Parking Garage Fixture for their Qualified Products List. Energy rebates for LED Parking Fixtures in select markets will now cover up to the cost of the fixture. The DLC approval came on Earth Day 2014, a timely reminder that in addition to saving over 65% of energy costs, the fixture is also one of the most cost effective means to reduce CO2 emissions.
With some utilities offering $250 per DLC Listed parking fixture, the rebates exceed Independence LED’s MSRP. Even without rebates, when replacing 175wmetal halide fixtures running 24/7, the Independence LED fixture saves over $137 per year per fixture at the U.S. average of $.12 /kWh, yielding ROI over 50% with paybacks under two years.
